Stage 1 | Feasibility study
GETTING TO KNOW YOU
An initial meeting where the main aspects of the project are clarified, such as current status, time frame, area, premises involved and others.
ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY OF THE SITE
Capture the current state of the object and capture dimensions. If it is not possible to shoot, the conceptual phase is carried out according to drawings provided by the customer.
STUDY OF PARAMETERS
Preliminary research of references and architectural drawings submitted by the client, selection of similar styles and solutions.
Stage 2 | Conceptual design
3D CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
After the distribution is approved, the development begins with a 3D concept for a preliminary project: Style and placement of furniture, lighting fixtures, materials and textures. Decorative solutions, panels and plastic elements.
CORRECTIONS OF THE MADE DESIGN
Applying the discussed corrections in terms of colors, materials, distribution and furniture in the interior project, followed by preparation of 3D visualizations.
FINALIZE 3D VISUALIZATIONS
After the corrections have been made, the process of preparing high-quality 3D renderings begins. Depending on the area, a different number of room visualizations are prepared.
Stage 3 | Technical part
DEVELOPMENT OF MAINTENANCE PLANS
Preparation of detailed drawings for construction works, demolition and/or construction of walls, plan of electrical supply, heating and air conditioning, plans for plumbing, HVAC, soffit, suspended ceilings, flooring and wall coverings.
CUSTOM FURNITURE DRAWINGS
Preparation of detailed technical drawings for the production of the furniture and other interior solutions included in the project according to individual design. Specifying the installed doors, curtains, blinds and cornices.
SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENTS OF PREMISES
Preparation of detailed drawings for tiling, installation of furniture, sanitary, equipment, accessories and lighting, according to approved visualizations.
QUANTITY VALUE ACCOUNT
The pledged items and materials, subject to design selection and necessary for the implementation of the project, are calculated in accordance with the approved visualizations and drawings.
